2 Service Description
WeMuslim Pro provides a comprehensive Islamic platform including, but not limited to:
- Daily Islamic prayer times based on GPS location
- Holy Quran reading with audio recitation
- Qibla direction compass and finder
- Morning and Evening Azkar (Islamic remembrances)
- Digital Tasbih counter
- Islamic calendar and dates
- Hadith of the Day
- Athan (call to prayer) alerts and notifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
3 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you:
- Are at least 13 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Are not located in a country subject to applicable sanctions
- Will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
If you are under 18 years old, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
4 User Account

- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission

- Use automated scripts to access the Service
5.2 Religious Content
WeMuslim Pro strives to present authentic Islamic content. Our Quran text, Hadith, and Azkar are sourced from verified scholarly references. We encourage users to verify content with qualified Islamic scholars for personal religious decisions.
We do not issue fatwas or religious rulings. Content is for informational and devotional purposes only.
6 Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Quranic text, which belongs to the public domain), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WeMuslim Pro and its licensors.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of WeMuslim Pro.
6.1 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
7 Privacy

8 Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Accuracy of prayer times (always verify with local authorities)
- Accuracy of Qibla direction (compass hardware may vary)
- Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
Important: Prayer times are calculated using standard algorithms and may differ slightly from your local mosque's timetable. Always follow your local mosque's official prayer times when in doubt.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeMuslim Pro and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
- Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- Service interruption
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful elements
- Any errors or inaccuracies in content
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve (12) months (or USD $10 if you have not made any payments).
10 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings within the app.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
11 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
